I’m not sure which configuration software is driving the bus - or perhaps the config is stored within the camera itself, so it’s not an issue? I’ve tried taking all but one out of the loop, but it still crashes (and one of my cameras quit working altogether the other day). Now I’m lucky if I get an email a few days later with a half-baked suggestion on how to fix my issue (none of which have worked). A few years ago the founder of the company would call you back, remotely access your computer, and diagnose/fix any issues. Unfortunately, that has also come to a screeching halt, as the recording software frequently crashes and quits recording events. On my desktop software, it used to be very reliable (clips were stored on my PC hard drive) and I could quickly scroll through motion-detection events. And lately there are no available clips to view (it appears that the clips are only available now on a subscription-based model). The iOS app doesn’t allow one to quickly scroll through motion activated events like the desktop software does. The quality of the hardware seems great, but the software not so much. I’ve had several Microseven cameras for about 5 or 6 years. IPad App Not Very Usable - Customer Support is Declining ![]()
